台股內外夾攻缺信心　財政部仍估台股明年成交量上千億

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委林德福今天在立法院財委會質詢指出，今年證交稅恐短收200多億，官員也坦承要達到目標很困難，財政部對明年證交稅預測是否過於樂觀，預估明年股市成交量達千量是否自欺欺人？明年真的能走出股災嗎？為何國際股市走升，唯獨台股不好？
 
財政部長張盛和說，台股表現不佳是因為國內產業結構的問題，回歸基本面，出口不好，內需也不振，股民信心不夠。明年股市成交量是根據過去歷史經驗預估，過去20年只有3、4年沒有達到千億，今年10月上市櫃成交量平均有千億，昨天也有900多億。
