【李定宇╱新北報導】十餘年前台北縣政府時期，為降低對台北市中心的依賴，將新莊區北邊100公頃土地劃為新莊副都心，希望副都心能與新板特區形成大漢溪兩岸的經濟雙塔，但10年過去，副都心仍牛步發展，新落成的中央合署辦公大樓仍是蚊子館，居民批評「建商都在炒房價，當地人只能看爽的，一坪60萬根本買不起！」
