（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北19日電）經濟部中小企業處處長葉雲龍表示，未來育成中心國際化速度可繼續加快；國內公司發行股票擬取消面額規定，能讓新創企業首次公開募股(IPO)更加發揮。

由經濟部中小企業處主辦、資策會產業推動與服務處執行的「育成先鋒、加速創新」成果發表會，今天在台北國際會議中心登場，上午舉辦「2013育成榮耀年度表揚典禮」。包括行政院政務委員張善政、國策顧問施顏祥、工研院董事長蔡清彥、資策會執行長吳瑞北等出席。

葉雲龍表示，經濟部中小企業處「南港軟體育成中心」，今年獲得「AABI亞洲最佳育成中心」，顯見我國育成發展體系已成國際標竿典範。

從育成中心來看，葉雲龍表示，過去15年來，台灣育成中心超過130所，培育超過6000家企業；未來育成中心國際化速度可繼續加快。

在新創企業部分，葉雲龍指出，以往每年台灣新創企業家數達到10萬家，未來國內公司發行股票擬取消面額新台幣10元的規定，能讓新創企業首次公開募股(IPO)更加發揮。

在中小企業部分，葉雲龍指出，台灣中小企業提供就業人數達到848萬人；他建議中小企業可走電子商務行銷模式，利用雲端科技運算和行動載具，進行虛實整合，行銷到國外。1021119
