漁民赴遠太平洋捕魚　外交部籲勿越界

【陳郁仁／台北報導】外交部上午舉行例行記者會，亞非司司長王建業在記者會中表示，近年我國有許多漁船赴俄國遠東太平洋附近海域捕魚，若遇到颱風，俄國也同意我漁船進入該國海域避風，但最近俄國有發現進入避風的漁船，上面漁獲非常新鮮，疑似是在該國海域非法捕魚，所以俄國最近不分國家，一律採取嚴厲打擊措施，甚至發生人員傷亡。

王建業說，俄國已向我國提出要求，進入該海域避風的漁船要事先通報漁獲量和位置資訊，我國也呼籲國內業者和漁民尊重國際法鬼，避免不必要的誤會。
