劉政池挖地庫 國產署要求償

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池被控占用陽明山國有地蓋豪宅、挖地庫。國有財產署署長莊翠雲表示，針對檢調發現偷挖地庫新事證，會要求劉政池將地下室復原，並提出民事訴訟損害賠償。

劉政池陽明山別墅「七七行館」，毗鄰使用的圍籬、種植花草樹木等附屬設施，涉嫌占用國有地，國產署已經以竊占罪嫌將他移送地檢署偵辦，追討不當得利200多萬元，並要求將圍籬等地上物清空。

立委薛凌昨日在立院財委會質詢，除了追討不當得利200多萬元外，針對劉政池開挖地下室的部分，國產署是否將追加求償？莊翠雲答詢時表示，國產署會提出民事訴訟，要求恢復原狀，還會請求損害賠償，依法追辦。

此外，劉政池遭士林地檢署以有串證和逃亡之虞向士林地院聲請羈押，士院裁定劉300萬元交保，士林地檢署昨天決定尊重法院裁定不提抗告。
