請教關於排水管線的隔音方式

目前家中，正處於舊屋翻新的狀態
其中二樓有一個房間，正好位於三樓的陽台下方
所以有一隻排水管路走線位於房間內，此二樓房間會施作天花板
但是想到應該要先做隔音步驟，才避免以後管線內的流水聲

如果說想請工人做隔音棉包覆的工程，有哪些需要注意的地方呢？
目前考慮用方式有2種：
1.隔音棉包覆水管本身
2.或請木工做一類似包覆的盒子，裡面再灌入發泡劑

另外找類似的資料時，又發現有隔音毯這種東西
和隔音棉有所不同嗎？感覺起來就像是薄薄一片的塑膠
