請問19年前的鋁窗問題...

不好意思，第一次碰到這種問題，所以上來問一下大家的經驗！

事情是這樣子的，前幾個月的風大雨大的颱風來襲
我家（現在出租）的舊式鋁門窗，房客反映水會滿進來...

看了一下窗戶的構造，靠近房間裡面的鋁窗，比外牆的明顯高出很多
就算有水跑過來，我覺得也應該會往外面流去

不過房客說的，也不是沒有可能
因為我們家是17樓，而會流進來的窗都是迎風面牆壁上面的窗戶
所以我推論可能風太大的關係，所以才流進來

不曉得這樣子的臆測是對的嗎？？？

因為天氣遽變，未來大風大雨的情況應該也蠻常見的
外加冬天也到了，房客也說風會漏進來
想說假如價錢可以接受的範圍內，不然換個隔音氣密窗
好給房客一個交代（不然人家也想要搬走...）

窗戶的大小我忘記量了，寬應該是標準150，高的話我忘記量了應該是150～180左右
不曉得是否有可以查詢大概價位的網址呢？
不曉得01上面的前輩，是否有在桃園平鎮、中壢地區有交易過的鋁窗廠商的聯絡方面
