頂新喊冤　衛福部：去向檢調說明

【蔡明樺／台北報導】捲入混油風暴的頂新集團自認受害者，連日以公開信、刊登廣告方式喊冤，強調味全沒有摻偽、沒有黑心混油、絕無暴利，還批新聞報導偏頗，「不知如何回應媒體失真的報導，只能隱忍負面報導」。
 
衛福部晚間發出聲明強調，頂新刊登廣告屬單方面陳述，此案已進入司法偵查，業者有意見可向檢調說明；並指衛生稽查行動不受影響，不因味全委託頂新代工，或聲稱不知向大統長基採購的是黑心油等理由而改變，一切依法行政、查處。
