三年前接手親戚的華廈2/5 現在屋齡22了吧

靠近新莊線丹鳳站,週遭學校市場公車機能還OK,在巷子內晚上又安靜

30坪隔四間套房原屋主工作繁忙無暇出租管理

於是小弟410W接手後整理後順利出租,三年來都沒漲過價,一個月收房租大概25000

這樣應該還有7.多%

最近收到2.3位房仲電話說750W要幫我賣(奇怪他們怎會有我電話還知道我是哪一間)

說趁現在捷運丹鳳站開通機場現快好了,價格正好說甚麼之後房價崩盤可能就砍半之類....

我是不知道750能不能賣啦還是還能漲多少啦!!!雖然以前沒去想這麼多 畢竟能多賺一點就多賺一點囉

因為父母年紀也大了還在爬樓梯 小弟也快30了,也希望能買個電梯大樓給父母住,順利的話就成家
