健身房業務猥褻工讀生 遭判刑9個月

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市1家連鎖健身中心的24歲許姓業務專員，去年9月間指導一名19歲女工讀生在百貨公司內發送宣傳單，許男在帶女子認識員工休息室之際，臨起色心，將門反鎖誆稱幫女油壓按摩舒緩酸痛。許男見被害女疏於防範，竟伸出鹹豬手，伸入女子衣物摸屁股、胸部及下體。女子事後向友人哭訴，男友到健身中心找許男理論並報警控告強制猥褻。
 
許男否認犯行，辯稱被害人反應腰酸，抓他的手按她的腰、屁股，當時他只應付一下就抽開。他沒有摸對方的屁股、胸部及下體。
 
法官調查發現，被害人前後指控證詞一致，且在案發時是其男友找張男理論，並沒有要求賠償或和解，她也未與對方聯絡，認定加害者辯解卸責之詞。法官認為，被告犯後否認犯行，甚至指稱被害人為錢刻意陷害，未見悔意，依強制猥褻罪判處9個月。
