新北市議會副秘書長陳王正源15日與母親陳胡月梅和弟弟陳威誠，捐贈新北市政府一部高頂復康巴士，以幫助身心障礙的朋友。市長朱立倫在受贈後表示，陳王正源副秘書長和家人以捐贈復康巴士的方式來紀念父親，延續父親行善助人的精神，其實也是另一種孝心的展現，讓父親能遺愛人間，更能幫助許多弱勢的朋友。

陳王正源表示，會捐贈復康巴士是受到朱市長的感召，指朱市長今年6月在母親往生後，也曾以母親名義捐出一部復康巴士，令他印象深刻。並強調政府經費有限，民間資源和力量無窮。因此，為了紀念父親陳瑞和生前樂善好施，經與母親和弟弟商量，決定捐贈一部高頂復康巴士，以幫助身心障礙的朋友，同時也呼籲公益團體和善心人士多多捐贈復康巴士。

社會局長李麗圳表示，新北市復康巴士累計共有259部，指新北市目前身心障礙者已超過15萬人，對於行動不便的身心障礙者及失能長者來說，復康巴士是最好的代步工具，期盼社會各界共同發揮愛心，響應支持捐贈復康巴士。
