酒駕冒名應訊被識破 重罰18萬元

酒後駕車被警方攔獲，宜蘭一名男子害怕刑責上身，竟然冒名應訊，案經員警識破，移送法辦，宜蘭地方法院今天依公共危險和偽造文書罪嫌，判處這名男子6個月徒刑、得易科罰金18萬元。法界分析，原本只是酒駕的公共危險罪嫌，卻因為這名男子撒謊，多吃上一條「偽造文書」罪，被法官重罰18萬元，得不償失。

判決書指出，吳姓男子酒後駕車，遭到警方攔檢，測得酒精值0.25毫克，超過法定標準，依法追究公共危險罪嫌。

吳姓男子說，因為過去曾有酒駕前科，擔心遭到重罰，才會假冒妻子弟弟的名字應訊，但仍被警方識破，移送法辦。

警方指出，吳姓男子的酒測值0.25毫克，數值並不高，一般的情況下，法官都會給予輕判，罰金最多3萬元，但吳姓男子冒名頂替，在酒駕公共危險之外，才會又多吃上「偽造文書」官司，兩罪併發，被判處6個月徒刑、得易科罰金18萬元，代價慘痛，真的是賠大了。
