想要在資訊展辦iphone攜碼有大大能教我該怎麼做嗎?

各位大大好，
小弟我在遠傳辦s3已經13個月了，
去年10月15號辦的，
最近手機怪怪的問題很多，所以想說資訊展快到了，
直接換一支新的好了，
本人想換iphone5s太空灰，
我已經問過遠傳我的違約金大概要7千多塊，
只是我想了想該辦哪一種費率比較好呢!?
門市人員跟我推14xx的我覺得太貴，
大概只接受到13xx，
另外小弟想要問這樣台灣大哥大最多的違約金可以幫我吸收到多少，
還有我應該要搭哪個費率比較划算，
我要直接從遠傳跳到台灣大哥大，
資展我可以跟他要到送什麼東西呢，
萬一這樣資訊展最後一天去辦，
我是不是要提前幾天跟遠傳解約才可以辦，
還有我想請問要怎麼跟他要求之後可以4G LTE上網的iphone
希望各位大大可以幫我解答，麻煩囉~感謝
