藝人白冰冰代言的火鍋餃系列產，疑將過期產品變更製造期限，重新包裝後再售出，但白冰冰接受媒體訪問時否認，強調流程絕對沒問題，並指過期物是大賣場退回的瑕疵品，統一寄回後，公司會給養豬戶，一切都有流向簽收，不會回收販賣。

新北市衛生局稽查知名大廠永欣食品，發現儲藏食品的冷凍櫃裡，竟然還留有過期3年的食品，包括薏仁，還有白冰冰代言的火鍋餃系列產品，所有要報廢的食品和剛生產製造的食品，也全都擺在一起，懷疑將過期產品變更製造日期。

但業者發出聲明稿強調，「本公司所有過期品的處理，除依規定向主管機關報備外，更有單據證明、流向清楚，絕無違法販售之虞，而代言人白冰冰女士也在第一時間前往工廠了解，對外界的誤解，希望媒體忠實報導，不要造成民眾恐慌及損害誠信企業的商譽！」

白冰冰也表示，她感謝衛生單位能動起來，為民眾的食安問題把關，但她也請媒體朋友們高抬貴手，在真相未查明前，不要未審先判，畢竟中小企業的經營本來就極為艱困，而她本人也會慎選代言、負起社會責任，請社會各界給予誠信經營的企業繼續支持。
