台南清燙牛肉節　本周永康登場

【李恩慈／台南報導】來永康、啖牛肉！邁向第10年的台南「清燙牛肉節」將於本周日首度移師永康區舉行，屆時將有10家業者提供上千碗免費牛肉湯供民眾享用。

台南市議員郭國文今天邀集永康區長王峻明和牛肉湯業者提前造勢，希望能把清燙牛肉節變成永康的特色節慶。台南市為國內肉牛主要產地，郭國文說，清燙牛肉節往年都在善化舉行，但活動卻辦得一屆不如一屆，熱潮已逐漸消退，因此提出「拋棄產地思維、以市場為取向」的建議，希望把清燙牛肉節移至牛肉湯業者最多的永康區舉行，讓更多業者能共襄盛舉。

牛肉湯業者張老闆說，目前食安問題如滾雪球般越滾越多，反而讓更多民眾信賴與喜歡現切現涮現吃的新鮮牛肉，而標榜新鮮溫體牛肉的鮮甜口感，是台南特有的飲食文化，歡迎各地民眾一起來體驗。
