公園整修積水更深　居民怨愈修愈糟

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市公園處今年9月花120萬元整建南港新勝公園3條園路，整修後積水更深，有民眾因此滑倒受傷。市議員李彥秀今上午會勘，其中1條園路仍積水約2公分，穿著護腰出席的顏媽媽說，昨天園路積水深及腳踝，她踩上花圃磚面行走時不慎摔倒，傷到腰腿，「修了更糟」；里長龔睿堉則質疑廠商包太多市府工程，人員調度不過來，造成工期延宕、品質不佳。

李彥秀說，園路原本因積水整修，工程50天，但工期延宕還得到爛品質，難怪民眾對政府工程沒信心。北市公園處表示，此工程未設計排水孔，但未驗收，將增設排水管路，預計2周改善完成，廠商工期延宕將檢討開罰；此外，公園處未來辦理理發包工程時，將檢討廠商承包業務量及施工工期。
