標題[請益] 遠雄建設相關福利請教

爬文後發現遠雄人壽在本版以被大家所詬病 但我要問的是建設的部分 在網路上看到遠雄大巨蛋招商的職缺 因為大巨蛋還在興建 就我所知是一個新的工作團隊 所以我想透過在其他事業體工作的網友了解遠雄 不知道是否有人在遠雄工作 薪資結構是如何計算 員工福利大概是怎麼樣 還有最重要的年終.三節 聽說今年上看十個月(雖然我知道是少數人領) 但我想知道每一年的年終真的都在水準上嗎? (我的水準指起碼全薪2~3月) 企業文化如何? 因為年紀不小了 想找一家可以穩定一點的公司待久一點 因為有另一個薪水不錯的品牌業務工作在抉擇 但員工福利還好 而因為遠雄是大公司 感覺比較有保障 所以我有點掙扎.... 麻煩大家了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.104.64.167
