尾隨提款民眾趁機偷車上錢 老竊賊得手四十多萬

民眾提領鉅款要多注意。新北市三峽警方今天表示，他們抓到一個69歲的老竊賊，專門在銀行裡面窺伺民眾提款情形，然後利用民眾把提來的現金放在車子裡面時，馬上進行盜取；警方找到他竊得的贓款共有41萬多元，將他依照竊盜罪移送法辦。

根據警方調查，這名有強盜竊盜等多項前科的秦姓竊賊，今年五月才出獄，馬上又開始找機會進行竊盜；他以自己在鶯歌的地緣關係，在鶯歌區仁愛路「第一銀行」營業大廳觀察民眾提領現金情形，尋找開車或騎車的作案目標尾隨，等到民眾下車，把提領的現金留在車內去買東西或上廁所，他就馬上上前破壞車門或置物箱把錢拿走，才短短1個多月就得手四十一萬多元。

三峽分局呼籲民眾，提領鉅款儘可能以匯款方式或以銀行本票提領，不得已需提領現金時切勿露白，中途也不要做不必要的停留，如果有需要，也可打電話請銀行協助通報警方護鈔，以減少歹徒有可趁之機。
