新北29區公園　兒童遊戲區今起禁菸

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】癮君子要小心了！新北市二十九區公園內兒童遊戲區，即日起全面噴上禁菸標誌，提醒抽菸民眾勿在此吞雲吐霧，尊重未來下一代呼吸的權益。農業局表示，公園內禁菸仍在勸導期，但明年四月新法上路後，公園綠地將納入禁菸範圍，違者將面臨最高一萬元罰款。不過有民眾擔憂標示無效，建議：「增加巡查開罰，比較實際！」

新北公園兒童遊戲區禁菸措施
●執行範圍：新北市29區內所有公園兒童遊戲區
●計劃目的：抽菸者能自律、家長也可藉此提醒他人勿抽菸
●開罰時間：2014年4月1日衛福部新制實施
●違規罰金：2000元~1萬元
