少女體內驗出精液　男辯稱：泡澡沾到！判刑4年半

台中市一名未成年少女在網路上認識20歲的呂姓男子，呂男帶少女到汽車旅館發生性關係，此事被少女學校老師知道，並帶少女去檢驗，在外陰部驗出呂男的精液，但呂男卻辯稱，是與少女共同泡同一浴缸的水才會沾到。台中高等法院認定，呂男與少女有發生性關係，且還找藉口狡辯否認，判呂男4年6個月徒刑。

呂男去年6月網路交友，認識13歲的少女，並帶她到汽車旅館發生性關係，事後少女將此事告知老師，老師非常震驚並帶少女去做檢驗，的確在少女的外陰部檢驗出呂男的精子DNA。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，呂男辯稱，少女身體會驗出有他的精液，是因為與少女先後進入同一缸水內泡澡，才會沾到。

但刑事警察局認為，在同一缸水內泡澡，要在3天後驗出精液的機率不高，台中高等法院參考刑事警察局的回覆後認定，呂男的確與少女發生性關係，且也清楚少女還未成年，犯後態度不佳、卸責狡辯，判呂男4年6個月徒刑。
