股票面額10元 擬取消

　　金管會預告，未來國內公司發行股票擬取消面額新台幣10元的規定，改為每股金額應歸於一律。

　　金融監督管理委員會今天(12日)預告，修正公開發行股票股務處理準則，未來股票每股金額均為10元，改為公開發行的每股金額應歸一律。

　　金管會表示，未來上市櫃公司股票面額將不受到10元的限制，但是因為公司法的限制，每股還是仍然有面額，在公司法未改之前，公司面額可以訂5元、10元。

　　金管會解釋，如果新募股票面額訂為5元，之前的股票也要調整為5元，股數也會增加，但是資本額並不因此膨脹。

　　股票面額若不是10元的話，金管會說，應該還會有註記，如何註記讓投資人了解，現在還未確定。
