施振榮：3造宏碁 須3年時間

〔自由時報記者卓怡君／台北報導〕宏碁（2353）變革委員會正式啟動三造宏碁，宏碁創辦人施振榮重披戰袍，昨日施振榮表示，讓宏碁完全恢復具備原有的競爭優勢預計需要3年，至於下屆董事長人選，雖然公司對接任人選已有腹案，但由於人選需具備下屆董事的資格，等到下一屆董事會中再推舉其擔任董事長。

由於宏碁將以每股21元舉辦現金增資，外界揣測可能引進特定策略合作夥伴，施振榮解釋，所謂的策略夥伴並不是指單一的對象，是很廣泛的合作概念，目前公司尚在討論未來新事業的具體發展策略，但尚未定案。

施振榮說，目前公司已啟動變革，對於發展策略的決策模式未來會做必要的調整，也會集思廣益，蒐集公司同仁與外界給予的寶貴建議，做為後續變革轉型新方向的參考依據，進一步擬定願景、規劃競爭策略，並落實在組織運作機制中。
