西班牙假油案　邱文達：將對國外資料更謹慎

【蔡明樺／台北報導】西班牙政府2009年對台灣政府提警告，指國內販售的橄欖油摻偽嚴重，當時的衛生署（現為衛福部）竟沒有第一時間公布，也沒上呈給署長楊志良，衛福部食品藥物管理署昨澄清橄欖油沒摻混，只是標示不實，並已請衛生局查廠、改標。衛福部長邱文達今指，未來對國外文獻資料處理會更謹慎，叮嚀食藥署妥善處理，至於4年前的查廠公文僅在食品衛生處就蓋章決行，邱強調，這是公文分層負責，才沒上呈署長室。
