立委爆　西班牙來函指進口橄欖油含致癌物

【蔡明樺／台北報導】立院衛環委員會今排定審查衛福部預算，因混油、泡麵食安連環爆，民進黨多名立委提案變更議程，要求質詢該部對食安問題管理不周，立委林淑芬並踢爆，西班牙2009年的來函不只是橄欖油標示不實，還提到國內進口橄欖油含有致癌的碳氫化合物、苯芘，質問衛福部食品藥物管理署長葉明功有沒有這件事，葉沒有正面回應。

林淑芬指，西班牙2009年來函前，國內的西班牙橄欖油進口商就向衛福部檢舉過，但政府消極不處理，進口油商求助無門，才轉向西班牙陳情，指台灣廠商對於橄欖油等級最高的冷壓初榨油進口量少，再以蔬菜油調和，還進口劣質的橄欖殘渣油，標示為橄欖油販售，涉欺騙消費者。食藥署區管中心主任馮潤蘭回應，各國都允許調和油，但若有標示不實，依《食品衛生管理法》罰4萬～20萬元。
