男到監理所辦事　當場自慰

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國一名34歲男子阿爾文(Edward Michael Alvin)上周五到美國的監理所辦事，但是在早上11點左右，阿爾文卻突然在大廳脫褲，當眾自慰，現場有許多民眾目擊。

當時有一名員警上前制止，但阿爾文仍我行我素，繼續自慰。隨後有其他警方到現場，依公然猥褻罪將阿爾文逮捕。阿爾文在今年7月也遭到逮捕，原因是他偷竊前老闆的車子，還酒駕把車子撞爛。
