工業局取消興霖食品相關麵條GMP認證

興霖食品生產的4項產品違規使用銅葉綠素鈉，涉及違反食品衛生管理法，經濟部工業局宣布取消該公司麵條生產線（乾麵條）及麵條生產線（拉麵）與產品的食品GMP認證。

工業局表示，興霖被指為違規使用銅葉綠素鈉的GMP認證產品，包括菠菜麵、家樂福菠菜麵、蔬菜拉麵、純麵煮意等4項，其行為已損害食品GMP認證體系的形象及公信力，基於誠信原則及維護消費大眾食品安全，依據「食品GMP認證體系實施規章」，決定取消其食品GMP認證資格及認證標誌使用權。
