今起市售油品若違規　將依最重法令懲處

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛福部食品藥物管理署今表示，今天起，所有在架上的油品，若經稽查又發現有標示不實或詐欺情形，將結合方各方面法源，包括《刑法》、《公平交易法》等，設法予違法業者最嚴厲的處分，不會僅依照《食品衛生管理法》開罰。
