【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】今年28歲的日本前警察永田昌也，和一名酒醉女在海灘上發生性關係，涉嫌公然猥褻，昨天開審時，他辯稱沒人看到所以無罪。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，永田昌也去年7月31日在貝塚市二色海水浴場沙灘的橡皮艇上，與1名喝得爛醉的女子發生性關係，因涉嫌公然猥褻，昨天開審。他承認和女子在沙灘上做愛，但聲稱當時無人看到，認為和公然猥褻無關。檢方表示，當時永田昌也的同事也在現場，還因為看不下去，幫忙拿陽傘遮住。
