我還在外地讀書 平常只有假日回彰化 基本上可以去五六日三天 目的是減脂，塑身也很需要XD 本來想去版上推薦的彰化健身房， 它有專業教練 不過它星期日公休 年費為3000，可是這樣我一星期只能去兩天 現在想要去全民健康中心 評估一下，我是彰化市民 一次約5040元（徵到卷子的情況下） 星期一公休 但聽說很少人去那邊健身Orz 不知道有沒有教練？ 新手沒有人帶有點皮皮挫＞＜ 各位覺得哪個好呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.141.174.15
