除東半部偶有局部短暫雨　其他多雲到晴

【張勵德／台北報導】今天台灣附近逐漸轉為偏東風影響，水汽明顯減少，除了東半部地區偶有局部短暫雨外，其他地區大多為多雲到晴的穩定天氣，各地早晚低溫約攝氏21到23度，高溫約攝氏28到30度，日夜溫差仍大，請民眾要注意溫度變化。

第30號颱風海燕今天將穿越菲律賓中部，未來進入南海後會朝越南前進，對台灣陸地沒有直接影響，不過受到颱風外圍環流影響，今天台灣東半部及西南部沿海、恆春半島及綠島、蘭嶼將有明顯長浪，前往海邊活動民眾要注意安全。

氣象局表示，明天除了東半部地區有短暫陣雨外，其他地區仍維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，周日又有另一波鋒面通過，屆時全台各地都將轉為有短暫雨的天氣，下周一東北季風轉強，北部地區高溫將下滑約攝氏5到6度，中南部地區仍維持日夜溫差大的天氣型態。
