美捐卵女同志　法院裁定享有父母權利

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國佛羅里達州最高法院近日裁定，一名女子曾經捐卵給自己的同性伴侶，而伴侶也順利生下一子，2人後來雖然分手，但這名捐卵女子同樣享有父母權利。

事件要回到2004年，這2名女同性戀者共同生活，其中一名女子捐出卵子，讓另一名伴侶得以懷孕生子，最後也順利產下孩子，並共同撫養。不過2年後2人分手，生下孩子的母親帶著孩子到澳洲生活。最近捐卵的女子得知前伴侶和孩子在澳洲生活，於是掀起撫養權爭奪戰。最高法院裁定，捐卵女子可享有監護和探望權。
