五木代工 家樂福、大潤發等8款麵下架

銅葉綠素違法添加問題持續擴大，五木拉麵6日傳出3款產品中含有銅葉綠素鈉。7日地方衛生局清查發現，又再新增1款五木產品「五木拉麵單片包」也必須回收下架。

此外，五木拉麵幫多家賣場的自有品牌代工，麵體同樣有添加銅葉綠素鈉，包括「家樂福菠菜麵」、「慈濟蔬食麵麻芛波菜」、「大潤發菠菜麵」、「惠康蔬菜風味拉麵」、「美廉社蔬菜拉麵」、「丐幫滷味蔬菜手延圓麵」、「立奇蔬食麵業務包」與「山武茶麵」等8種品項。

生產五木拉麵的興霖食品公司行銷部經理馮智御表示，五木拉麵的4款產品，自2012年迄今，海內外通路共有5萬箱必須回收下架；而幫其他廠商代工的8款產品，約有6千箱，同樣要回收下架銷毀。

衛生福利部表示，業者確實違法添加，依食管法可罰新台幣3到300萬元，不過實際開罰情況，將交由南投縣衛生局裁量。

根據食品添加物使用規定，「銅葉綠素鈉」可以合法添加在口香糖、泡泡糖、蔬果加工品、烘焙食品、蔬菜及水果之貯藏品、果醬、果凍以及飲料等產品；「銅葉綠素」僅可用於口香糖、泡泡糖與膠囊、錠狀食品中。麵體中則是不得添加，因此違法。
