八里雙屍案 謝依涵二審續押

（中央社記者黃意涵台北7日電）八里雙屍案，士林地方法院依強盜殺人等罪，判處被告謝依涵死刑。全案上訴二審，台灣高等法院今天召開接押庭後，裁定羈押。

前媽媽嘴咖啡店店長謝依涵，被控在2月間下藥迷昏富商陳進福、張翠萍夫婦，持刀殺害兩人後棄屍淡水河，還化老妝喬裝成張女，盜領死者夫婦的銀行存款。士林地檢署依強盜殺人等5罪起訴謝女，求處死刑。士院一審判處死刑。1021107
