【陳亮諭／綜合報導】今天是24節氣「立冬」代表冬天來臨，農忙時代會吃補應景。中央氣象局指出，今天清晨各地平均溫度約20度以上，東北季風略增強，明天起天氣將轉晴，預測周末是好天氣，周日晚上可能變天，氣溫恐降。

另，今年第30號颱風海燕，持續增強，將朝菲律賓前進，對台灣暫無影響。
