北市都更雲端查詢　民眾隨時掌握進度

【郭寶懃／台北報導】為了讓民眾了解都市更新的進度，例如房屋是否劃入更新地區或單元、周邊有哪些更新案件再進行等，北市府建置「都市更新案件雲端查詢服務」，讓民眾可以隨時掌握都更最新的進度，即日起開放民眾使用。

都市更新處總工程司張溫德表示，這次提供查詢介面，主要是改善過去更新處網站上只有提供案件列冊清單與關鍵字查詢等不便利問題，現在民眾只要輸入「地段地號」、「門牌號碼」或「道路名稱」等3種查詢方式，就可以透過查詢的地址了解附近有關都市更新單元、更新概要及更新事業等案件的基本資料及辦理進度，甚至到年底也會推出「都市更新地圖」，民眾可以透過12個行政區的地籍圖更了解都更的進度。

都市更新處處長林崇傑指出，過去民眾了解都更進度都是透過代理人與開發公司，常會發生「知」不對等狀況，現在若民眾可以上網查詢都更進度，就可以避免資訊被壟斷的問題，保障關係者的權益。
