南市追銅葉綠素 業者指是用銅葉綠素鈉

衛生單位追查全台進口銅葉綠素流向，其中嘉義的宇馨公司向金鎬購買後轉賣給台南市川代及宥勝兩家公司，台南市衛生局追查，初步了解宥勝是化妝品公司，並未將銅葉綠素使用在食品上，川代則生產球狀飲料，全部外銷，而業者表示使用的是可以添加在飲料中的銅葉綠素鈉，而非銅葉綠素。

台南市衛生局表示，依照中央告知，金鎬進口的是銅葉綠素，業者卻宣稱使用的是銅葉綠素鈉，將進一步追查，是否有誤解或違法使用。
