基隆黃色小鴨不一樣 可360度旋轉

基隆黃色小鴨將在12月21日登場，目前小鴨正在打造中。活動主辦人基隆市議會議長黃景泰7日下午3點，到台船基隆廠了解黃色小鴨底座打造情形，目前底座已經打造完成，並利用鋼管製作長寬各約9公尺的大型浮台，可承受6級風力。

黃景泰表示，基隆的小鴨與高雄、桃園的都不一樣，在底座上將再放置一個旋轉平台，黃色小鴨坐在平台上，可以隨著旋轉平台360度旋轉，讓各個角度的民眾都可如願看到小鴨的正面，不用搶位置。
