A片妹太差　男告業者詐欺

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】40歲的高姓男子向李姓業者購買成人影片，看畫面時發現，A片女主角和業者傳單上的AV女優模樣差很大，怒告業者詐欺。士林地檢署認為，好惡屬個人認知，品質瑕疵屬買賣糾紛，不起訴業者。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導， 高男當時以4000元為代價，自備硬碟給業者買影片，看影片時發現女主角和自己期待落差甚大，怒告李詐欺。檢方認為，李如約交付檔案，品質瑕疵屬買賣糾紛，予以不起訴，但李印露骨傳單販售情色影片，涉妨害風化，另案起訴。
