立委批環保標章魚目混珠　假冒漂綠商品

【洪敏隆／台北報導】立法院衛環委員會今審查環保署明年度預算，多名立委抨擊食品安全連環爆，衛福部食品GMP認證、農委會CAS接連崩盤，就連環保署的環保標章認證也有問題，立委王育敏舉市售有些洗衣清潔劑品牌，並未取得環保標章認證，卻主打環保清潔劑，並自行製作環保產品標章，民眾難以分辨標章認證，環保署卻對這些「漂綠商品」束手無策。

環保署長沈世宏答詢回應，目前環保標章是採取廠商志願式地申請登記制度，沒有法令規範及懲處，對於廠商魚目混珠的作法，未來會在研擬中的《資源循環利用法》明訂，必須取得環保標章才能標榜是環保商品，違反可予以處分罰款。

環保署管考處長蕭慧娟表示，目前取得環保標章的洗衣清潔劑共有17款，除了要名列的產品內容必須檢驗合格，還要實地工廠查核符合規範，才會發給環保標章。
