檢方漏夜偵訊福懋油案 今早請回多人

台中檢方昨天到福懋油廠傳訊處長林立中人，釐清福懋油廠向大統長基買油的時間和數量，漏夜偵訊後今天早上請回相關人。

台中地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蔡宗熙表示，檢察官昨晚到福懋油廠傳訊處長林立中、劉姓企劃員、邱姓業務副理、保管單據的李姓女職員等四人查證，林立中等人坦承從96 年至今年10月間，先後購買大統長基橄欖油2100多桶，每一桶192公斤，每公斤市價94元至138元，共買了4公噸餘的大統長基橄欖油，總價為4000餘萬元。

林立中日前到案時，先供稱兩年前開始摻入大統長基橄欖油，檢方懷疑摻油的時間始於六年前購油時，檢方昨晚問他為何前後二次說法不同，但林立中供稱「不記得了」，因時間久，他記不清楚摻油的時間點，檢方調閱福懋的配方表，深入查證福懋何時摻入大統長基橄欖油，今早已請回林立中等人。
