雖說找到一離家近的工作 只要提早10分鐘到公司即可 下班頂多拖10-20分鐘交接 但是服務業前6個月採時薪排班制 算一算真的比22K還低 22k時薪還有125 官方說法--因為現在年輕人流動率服從性低 過6個月後 通過考核 才會轉月薪制 半年年資會承認 實習幹部-儲備幹部--小組長-副店-店長 看似有遠景- 但是前6個月 排滿168小時也賺不到20000 該繼續撐下去嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.232.107.215
