FLASH控制IC群聯(8299-TW)召開董事會，決議將轉讓持有之部分金士頓股權予東芝，將東芝引進入股金士頓，降低金士頓在FLASH市場上的經營風險，並提升未來績效。

群聯表示，目前持有金士頓持股約1200萬股，持股比例48%，為考量金士頓長期營運發展，因此擬引進策略性投資人東芝(Toshiba Corporation)，以降低其在FLASH市場上經營之風險，並提升未來績效。

群聯指出，擬處分轉讓金士頓股份110至140萬普通股予東芝，交易價格將參考金士頓今年 9 月底每股淨值與其他相關因素。

金士頓由群聯與金士頓合資持有，雙方持股比例分別為48%與52%，金士頓產品以EMMC(嵌入式記憶體)為主，在智慧型手機等行動裝置產品帶動下，今年營運表現亮眼，而由於目前FLASH供應來源多由大廠主導，如三星、海力士與東芝，金士頓未來若要在產業上穩定發展成長，讓東芝入股可望穩定貨源，對其營運後市有所助益。
