我的NewOne是上星期因為紫光的原因送修 這個星期二拿到手機 拿到後紫光問題解決 但發現電池的蓄電量很弱 充飽電後才解鎖而已就掉2% 然後滑一下FB沒多久就掉了10% 爬文後發現 好像是因為升級到4.3的關係 還有人說是地圖的關係 但我先前未送修的手機升級到4.3就沒這個問題 電池 可以蓄電蠻久的時間 例如晚上睡前充飽電 且行動數據關掉 一早起來(大約八小時) 大概也只掉5% 這次拿到的送修後手機一個小時不開行動數據而且所有程式都 關閉的狀態下就掉5% 昨天我打給客服 客服說如果我這幾天沒有太多新的資料存進手機 請我先照他說的部驟還原設定 變成最剛開始拿到手機的設定(還是4.3) 然後他請我暫時不下載任何程式 也就是保留它原先預設的而已 如果還是電量異常再通知他們 結果我照他的方式做 昨天睡前確定充到100% 而且也關掉行動數據 今天早上起來(約九小時) 結果掉一口氣掉了24% 覺得很誇張 @@ 我想問一下 這樣的狀況真的是正常的嗎？？ 還是要再一次送修？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.239.227
