【蘋果民調】黃世銘被起訴　5成7認為應下台

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘主導特偵組查辦立法院長王金平、民進黨立院總召柯建銘涉司法關說案，涉《刑法》洩密罪和違反《通訊保障及監察法》被起訴，是司法史上首次基層檢察官起訴檢察體系最高首長。《蘋果》民調指出，57.06%黃世銘應對該案負責下台。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，過半受訪者認為黃世銘應下台，但有29.43%人覺得尚未定罪，不應下台，其餘13.51%的受訪者沒有意見。該調查為《蘋果日報》昨天以全國住宅電話為抽樣母體編冊隨機抽樣，採電腦語音輔助訪問，成功樣本333份。
