幫朋友問 事情是這樣子， 平時是停在一個私人停車場空地月租的，(應該沒有向政府申請) 地主是用很簡單的鐵的柵欄圍住， (像是工廠出去口，警衛按 就會從左到右打開 但比那個還要陽春) 若有人要進去停，就是要按搖控器打開 那邊是小巷子，只夠一台汽車過 前幾天有個用戶a打開門進去停， 因為他停的地方是死角，無法看到有沒有車要進去。 a沒有下車，車子停好就關門 偏偏我朋友的車剛好也進去，車的前頭就被柵欄撞到。 有報警做筆錄了。 有請車行估約一~二萬。 雖然朋友的保險會陪，但他就是不想要對方沒有任何責任。 說的理所當然，從以前都這樣子關門沒有事。 但保險這次有理陪，以後不就還會再漲， 請問這種情況是可以要求對方陪多少 或對方有那些責任。 對方想用二千五打發，就夠了嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.130.23
