關於SSL VPN的問題

詳細情形如下：
最近將OSX 升到10.9，但因為一些東西沒有跑得很順，
所以又以乾淨安裝的方式砍掉重練，為了能下載校園的授權軟體，
必須使用學校提供的SSL VPN服務才能下載，
而安裝Network Connect的驗證過程中會用到的Java模組也更到最新版，
也有啟用Javascript，但就是不能將Network Connect下載下來。
請問神通廣大的版友們有無方法可以解決這個問題？

另外附註一點，在10.9之前的OSX都可以正常下載並運行成功，另外使用
Parallels Desktop跑Win7時，也能使用Network Connect
