彰化議員促查香精色素是否濫用在食品

食用油、米酒全是摻香精、色素突顯食安危機，彰化縣議員洪麗娜質疑，為何現在還沒看到衛生單位好好查香精、色素是否被濫用，這些不當使用的香精色素到底用到哪裡？政府也應思考修法規範香精色素的濫用問題。彰化縣員榮醫院副院長吳肇鑫說，香精、色素都是人工合成物，人體也很難代謝這些合成添加劑，日積月累很傷肝腎。
