八里雙屍命案 士林地院29日宣判

士林地方法院審理八里雙屍命案，被告謝依涵是否判死，合議庭明天下午五點宣判。

檢方當初是認定，謝依涵為了錢，所以殺害「媽媽嘴」咖啡店的熟客陳進福夫婦，以強盜殺人等五大罪名將她起訴並求處嚴厲之刑。

雖然謝依涵開庭時坦承殺人，但她供稱殺人動機是想擺脫死者的感情糾纏，而非為錢殺人，由於全案已經死無對證，謝依涵的辯解是否足以說服法院，獲得較輕刑責，明天下午即將揭曉。
