彰府聲請免擔保假扣押大統財產 被駁回

彰化縣政府依違反食品衛生法裁罰大統長基食品公司3040萬元，23日向台中高等行政法院聲請免擔保假扣押大統2860萬元財產，今天被駁回。

台中高等行政法院指出，縣府已依行政法裁罰，罰款方式相當清楚，實無必要再聲請免擔保假扣押。縣政府私下了解，聲請假扣押要有相對等的擔保品，可能免擔保才被駁回；縣政府將研議保住罰鍰，以免罰款落空，毫無懲罰效果。
