查私酒聞牛樟味 警槓上開花

台中市大甲警分局前往外埔查緝私酒時，槓上開花，意外破獲牛樟木盜採案，逮捕3嫌犯，起出26公噸牛樟木，市價超過千萬元，查獲量創近10年來新高。

警方研判山老鼠至少要分100多趟才能從深山揹負下來這個數量，認為內情不單純，正漏夜偵辦追查牛樟木來自何處。

大甲警分局日前接獲民眾檢舉，24日前往外埔一處偏遠鐵皮屋查緝私酒，警方一打開鐵皮倉庫，滿室盡是撲鼻的牛樟木味道，3名嫌犯游朝枝（58歲）、陳利金（60歲）、鄧朝源（60歲）正準備將牛樟木移往他處，被當場逮個正著。

警方共查扣大小100多塊總計26公噸牛樟木角材，且都已泡水、刨光、分切完畢，林務局初估市價超過1000萬元。

落網3名嫌犯供稱受雇在逃的尤姓主嫌，對不法情事都三緘其口，偵訊後，將3嫌依違反森林法、贓物等罪移送法辦，並全力追緝尤姓主嫌到案。
